Start the video and follow the steps in order, until the end.
Now that you have configured your Nomadeos, go to the next tutorial: How to use your Nomadeos.
Problems sometimes encountered
When testing your travel Nomadeos, make sure it is connected to your Internet box: the Nomadeos WAN port must be connected to an Ethernet port on your box.
Reminder: both Nomadeos devices, home and travel, must be connected to your Internet box by cable during initial configuration.
If the problem persists despite this, please contact our customer support.
51820
When you try to enter port 51820 in the
External Port field, the following message may appear:
"Ports must be between XXX and XXX".
This message may appear if you do not yet have a dedicated IP address.
If you skipped the dedicated IP address request step, shown at approximately 2 minutes into the video, make the request, wait about 30 minutes, then restart your Bbox.
Then open a new page in your browser to refresh the information,
then try again to create the rule with port 51820.
If the problem persists, it may be an anomaly present on some Bouygues equipment. Contact Bouygues Telecom and indicate that, despite activating your dedicated IP address, some ports are still not available.
